[DarkRP] Pickpocket

The Pickpocket enables players to steal money from others. Designed for DarkRP.

Usage

By default, the SWEP can only be spawned by admins.

Holding left-click while standing near and facing a player, the SWEP attempts to steal money from that player's wallet. In order for the pickpocketing to succeed, the player will need to stand still for a certain amount of time (default: 10 seconds), during which they will emit a silent money-ringing sound that alerts the victim.

Following a successful pickpocketing, the weapon will deploy a cooldown (default: 60 seconds) in which it cannot be used.

If the pickpocketing succeeds, the player will be transferred a random amount of money between a given interval (default: [400;700]), or all of the victim's money, if they presently have less than the set minimum. If the player moves away from their target or lets go of left-click, or if the target disconnects, the pickpocketing will fail.

Configuration For code dwellers: An internal, easy-to-understand configuration can be found at the top of the shared.lua file.

Weapon ID Should you want to spawn the SWEP via console or ULX, the ID is "pickpocket".

Files All necessary sounds are included within the addon's files and are automatically tagged for download for connecting players.
