This addon makes a glowing effect around traitors and detectives, only visible for other members of your team. I think it should be a perfect feature because it avoids RDM.
Some people have been reuploading this addon, if you have seen one of those uploads, please notify me. This is the original one.
22/11/2017 If you have an old version is strongly recommended to update the script because this version is more efficient than the previous one.
12/04/2019 Now traitors and detectives keep seeing the glow after they die (when they are spectating their teammates). Added compatibility with the defibrillator perk, ULX respawn and any other addon that forces you to respawn.
Configuration for server owners

Enable it only for traitors or detectives, individually
