Wall Kick Parkour

Hate the ground? Wish you could parkour like Tony Hawk? This is the addon for you.

This addon lets players kick off of walls to gain height and momentum.

The more skilled you are at wall kicks, the more places you can go.

In order to kick off, stand near a wall so that the wall is on your left or your right. Then, while in the air, hold left or right (Default: A and D) in the opposite direction of the wall, and press your jump key (Default: Space). If the wall is on your right, hold your left key, and vice versa.

Update changes:

Wall detection is now improved in cases where the wall is not flat, or has holes in it.

Console variable wallkick_width has been renamed to wallkick_force_horizontal

Console variable wallkick_height has been renamed to wallkick_force_vertical

This is an exclusively serverside addon that works in both single and multiplayer.

Commands

Wallkicks can be easily enabled or disabled via the wallkick_enabled command using 1 for enabled and 0 for disabled.

If you prefer to hold in the direction of the wall instead of holding away from the wall when kicking, use wallkick_inverted to invert the controls to your liking. Please be aware that this can be a bit tricky because of the way movement in the air works in Garry's Mod.

You can change how far to the left or right each wallkick should push the player via the wallkick_force_horizontal command, defaulting to 300

You can also change how high each wallkick should push the player via the wallkick_force_vertical command, defaulting to 300.
