MW2 RPG-7 (for GL)

Originating from the Soviet Union, this is hands down the most popular "bad guys" anti-tank solution, due to its simplicity, reliablility, and cheapness. An American company, AirTronic, even produces their own versions of the RPG-7, which are lighter, have better ergonomics, and have the ability to mount computerized sighting systems. You know, just in case they capture a cash of PG-7 grenades and run out of SMAWs and/or Javelins.

Replaces the Grenade Launcher (model and sounds)

Meant mainly as a birthday present for my IRL friend, this was THE weapon that kept him out of "prestiging" for a while. Includes the MW2 sounds and a custom projectile model, though its physics and general behaviour is unaltered. Said grenade (grenade!) only leaves a smoke trail for about a second and starts arching fast; presumably those are cheap crappy PG-7s made in Trashistan.
