Milkor MGL-140 aka M32 MSGL from CoD: Black Ops II

This South African multishot grenade launcher is available with a 105mm long cylinder or a 140mm long one like this particular model, and is capable of firing the whole array of standard 40mm projectiles designed for the M79, M203, and other launchers.

Replaces the Grenade Launcher (model only)

You can consider this my "1000 Followers Special". I added an AN/PEQ-15 attachment from the same game because somebody will inevitably put a very useful laser sight on it, plus it has rails for that anyway. The original model had a very low-poly cylinder insides, so I had to use a little Sub-D magic the devs of Ghosts were so proud of (after the fish AI, of course).
