Lima Infection: Special Infected is a custom character pack for Left 4 Dead 2, developed by Amauta Collective.

It replaces all Special Infected from Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 with designs inspired by public figures, characters, and popular references from Peruvian culture and internet culture.

This addon is completely optional and is not required to play the Lima Infection campaign. It is intended for those who wish to customize the game’s visual experience and further immerse it in the Lima Infection universe.
