Bile the World script port

NOTICE: This addon uses scripts. This will not work in Dedicated servers. Use local/listen servers, or singleplayer instead. An upside to this is that if you can see this addon's effects, everyone else can.

This is a port-to-VScript of **AtomicStryker's Bile The World plugin **. link here**** Boomer explosions will coat all nearby common and special infected, and thrown bile jars will coat survivors as well. The cut voicelines for Ellis and Rochelle are used, and survivors will play voicelines when hit by the jars.

Something from the plugin that hasn't been recreated is the flinging part, where infected would go up in the air like they were charged by a charger. But for now I don't feel the need to actually recreate that.

If you want the bile bomb to be disabled by default if you're lazy or want to add this mod to the collection with bile bomb friendly fire disabled, here is an alternative version.

Bugs:

- Because there's no way to actually vomit on a common, it is faked. Behavior of commons from the boomer vomit is not exactly the same as commons from a bile jar.
