Improved Witch AI

Let the WITCH HUNT begin.

This add-on improves the witch's AI to a level that is more threatening to survivors. The major changes are as follows.

• Disallow throwable-idle exploit.
• The witch's passing-by swipes deal actual damage.
• The witch can break doors and walls even in realism mode.
• If someone hits the deadlocked witch during chase, her target changes to the new attacker.
• If the witch knocks on the safehouse door three times, it can be opened.
• The witch can chase her target even inside the checkpoint.
• The witch no longer take damage from tank's attack.
