Even infected, there are individual differences.

Not all infected with Green Flu have the same physical durability. It is realistic that someone are stronger and someone are weaker. This add-on makes individual differences by random adjusting the HP of commons.

More interesting firepower adjustments

The gun that always delivers 100% lethality with a single bullet, no matter what part of the body it hits, is convenient, but it is too simplistic. Aside from being unrealistic, it also means that it lacks the excitement and unpredictability. So this addon makes some one-shot-one-kill weapons no longer completely one-shot-one-kill weapons.

But in realism mode, it's different from a campaign. Do you enjoy using a sniper rifle in campaign, but turn it away when in realism mode? Even though it's a probability, but you can one-shot-one-kill using the sniper rifles in realism mode now. Try using sniper rifles more casually.

Try using your pistol more usefully. Pistols sometimes deal double damage now. It's still not comparable to the Magnum pistol, but it has become a little more reliable.
