I started this one right after making Louis. At which point I also decided to start up Francis just to get it over with.

I've always hated the default Bill design: clothes looked like playdoh and the shade of green was off to me, no dogtags, etc. He just looked like a simplified version of all the previous version of him that had been created throughout development. So I was definitely looking forward to getting him redone.

Basically, when Bill had escaped the hospital and got to his place, he had a few more things in his locker than just his uniform and an old photo. Bill would also put on his old dogtag and web gear, as well as getting some knee pads for extra protection along the way.

With this design Bill now has a few more detials: a different outfit with patches and his striped shirt from the early versions, a glowing cigar so that it looks like it's actually lit up, and also the canonical cigar pack of "Romeros" do not read the warning text on the cigar pack do not . I didn't think his head had needed much changing, seemed good enough as is, so I've left it the same and reskinnable, as a result.
