Improved Charger AI

Level the Next-level Charger.

This add-on improves the Charger's AI, making it a much greater threat. Here are the major upgrades:

• Charger now takes full damage even while charging (no damage reduction)
• Charger breaks through obstacles more effectively while charging.
• Charger now predicts survivor movements and charges with better accuracy.
• Charger charges from closer range for better accuracy.
• Charger can perform a melee combo trick before slamming the victim.
