A continuation of Black Mesa Undertow. The nuclear explosion in Black Mesa Fallouts knock down the survivor's rescue helicopter, they are once again trapped in the Black Mesa facility looking for a way out

Item spawns are rare, but there are many wooden crate with chance to drop supplies when broken

Custom melee weapon - Half-Life 1 Crowbar

An alt version of the default crowbar with faster speed

Custom music scheme

Horde music are muted, let the player take in all the ambient noises. However panic events and tanks/other SI still come with battle tracks.

Stats:

Difficulty rating: HARD Average COOP playtime: 50 minutes (no restart). Playable in Versus mode. Please report any bug you find

Patch v1.4b:

• Implemented prop disappearing fix for map 1 3 and 4. Apparently shit disappears when people set EFFECTS setting to LOW.

Map 1:

• Attempt to fix invisible ladder #2. Yall PC are possessed.
• Clipped the big dumpster
• Added extra SI ladders

Map 2:

• Disabled toxic water dmg on versus

Map 3:

• Added extra healing item spawn for the final event

Map 4:

• Saferoom is now blocked when elevator is called
• Added a new room near the security room
• Removed a few explosive barrels at the area below in versus
• Moved Witch

Map 5 VS:

• Few texture tweak
• Added nav spawn for central upper area
• Added delay between tank spawns
