This fixes, swaps out or adds a few animations for Bill's animation set to correct some long-standing issues.

• Primary military sniper animations (standing, crouching, running, walking) replaced with equivalent Nick animations
• Other military sniper animations (injured, limping, calm, calm run) replaced with Bill hunting rifle animations
• Bat idle animation now works correctly
• Incap collapse is back (Local host only, should work partially for other players on the server even if they don't have the mod)
• Coach melee grunts no longer play when Bill swings an axe
• Grenade launcher reload animation now actually uses grenade launcher sounds
• Added "clip locked" sounds to all of the other reload animations
• Added sounds to adrenaline use animation
• Magazine on custom military sniper models should now be positioned correctly

This replaces anim_namvet, but does not modify survivor_namvet, so it works with custom models!

Unfortunately, I can not fix the incap aiming or military sniper calm walk. They're broken somewhere in the code.

Known remaining bugs:

• Military sniper is not aligned quite right when calm or injured
• Grenade launcher doesn't animate while reloading

Fixed versions of Coach's, Zoey's and Francis' animations (Louis uses the same animation set as Francis) are well under way. Francis and Louis have some issues related to their dumb assault rifle animations that I can't do much about, Zoey has some attachments that need correcting, and Coach has several animations that need to be renamed and a couple that still don't work quite right. I'm fairly certain that this one doesn't have any horrible glitches that need fixing right this instant.
