Tank HP display [No scripts]

Adds a HP display onto the tank model. Uses HP material proxies instead of VScript so it works on multiplayer servers. This is a model replacement which means it will conflict with remodels but not reskins.

This mod allows you to see the remaining HP of the tank as a percentage in increments of 5%. (V2 makes it now 1%) It works even when there are multiple tanks around as it works on individual entities The information that the display/counter provides is abit of a cheat but I strictly play in PVE servers so I don't intend to use it as a cheat.

I made it because it is statifying to be able to have the immediate feedback of the damage that I dealt to the tank during gameplay. It also helps to be able to visualise the tank HP when you are playing on modded servers which tank HP tends to either really high or low.

It will work as long as "z_tank_health" is not greater than 32,767. This is the integer limit of a signed 16-bit integer. An engine limiation so theres not much I can do sadly.
