Halo 4 flood spartan sounds v.1.3

This mod is meant to replace the Charger sounds with the sounds of the Spartan Flood combat form seen in Halo 4 and the master chief collection's infection/flood gametype. this mod was made to work with MonkeyRebel117's spartan flood model.

v.1.3 now includes a replacement theme for the charger, using percussion hits from the halo 4 soundtrack and the last man standing theme in halo 4's multiplayer.

sidenote: I am aware that there is already a mod in the workshop that does this. but it only replaces the charging sounds and the music that plays when caught by a charger.
