This is something I've been wanting to do for a couple of year but never got around to. I think the original pipebomb, which was done for L4D1 was one of those weapon models that really needed a makeover. I never even knew if it was made of metal or PVC. Well, now it's definitely made of metal. :)
For this mod, the pipebomb was remodeled completely from scratch, then textured in PBR and then tweaked for L4D2. The shape and pieces it's almost the same, but I added a few extra details and tried to improve it to the best of my capabilities.
Thanks to Ellie this release also includes "Mod a Mod" support, meaning you can make a mod that changes the textures of this one! And in fact I already did one, that adds Ellie's RNG wizardry, allowing the model to spawn with different textures for the battery, tape, wires and trigger button. Check it out here!
