Story: During the Outbreak on the UEG colony planet of Mândreţe, Agricultural systems manager A.I known as Andarta was doing her best to assist with the containment of the outbreak. However it was only a matter of time before the flood were able to breach its serversin the Homestead Facility on Mândreţe, and at their current stage, were able to corrupt the A.I.
This mod replaces the TV static and Emergency Broadcast screens with the ones from Halo 3 ODST and a custom Emergency Broadcast texture by me. The static is replaced with various images put in an order to reflect the A.I's corrupted state and its attempt to try and calm any of the survivors within the city. But ends up flashing various images, some of the chaos when the outbreak occured, messages it was sending to the citizens, and other unknown images.
The mod even replaces the sound of the static with that of the A.I chirping in the background underneath all the white noise.
