Festive RPD[M16]

Sorry I have been inactive for awhile, i have been working on animation projects and porting a bunch of stuff. So I wanted to atleast get something to you guys before I leave for a week, so here it is a rather festive RPD. Yes the lights are animated and they blink on and off and to different colors, there is an issue i will not have time to fix and that is when you pick this up the console will be spammed with a shader error this doesnt break anything it will just get annoying if you look at the console alot, this is because the festive parts were taken from tf2. I was also going to put this on my cod animations but i dont have time.
