- In the Brick Rigs Discord, they recently added a gun submissions chat, where handheld concepts can be submitted and voted on. The idea I had however was not really a gun in its entirity, but rather a welding tool to bind bricks back together even after they were broken off. I also figured this class could use something like a wrench to purposely smash low density bricks apart, so it could essentially make quick barracades when given the right parts. This could be especially helpful in conquest where you cannot normally repair a vehicle at all.
- The rotating drum of wire is actually its cartridge that you reload, but it does not wear down quickly. The class would most likely carry 3 drums including the one on the welder, and it would take well over two minutes to deplete a drum. The hose of the gun would also theoretically wrap around the back side of a Bob and be held in its right hand to be able to fix cars easily, with its left hand holding some sort of large socketwrench (I.E. a tire iron) used to reattach wheels or break small bricks apart.
- I might make the tire iron as a secondary addition to this gun as a matter of fact as well. Not really sure about damage though with this welder. Maybe the heat would set flammable clothing on fire? (That would be a HUGE help for zombie mode to be honest)
- Also, please note that the tank is argon gas. It (probably) will not explode if it gets shot, especially since even high caliber sniper shots hardly dent these types of steel tanks.
