Traffic Arrow Board Trailer

It's been a while, hasn't it? I realize that this trailer still doesn't work when separately spawned in. Right now, there are two options: Either merge my trailer with the vehicle you'd like to attach it to within the editor, OR opt-into the experimental/beta version of the game. Please consult the Community guides on how to enable this if you'd like to use my trailer. Note, quite a bit changes between the main release and the experimental version.

If you decide to merge the trailer with a vehicle in the editor, be sure to remove the driver's seat from the trailer before spawning.

In the experimental version, you do not need to remove the driver's seat if you don't want to. (You CAN still spawn it without it, though.) Just make sure that the trailer hitch is near-perfectly lined up with the receiver on the vehicle you are trying to attach it to, then press your activate/attach/actuate button (by default 'E').

This is a trailer that you will typically see in a construction zone on a roadway. It's sole purpose is to redirect traffic. The trailer is equipped with an actuator that when engaged with its match can be towed around.

There are four options for the sign, each controlled with a switch: Left, Right, Center, and Corners. Press E when looking at the switch to turn on the pattern, and press Q to turn it off. (Or E again, depending on the version of the game.) There is one piston outrigger used for both stabilization and to keep the trailer up when not in use. The controls are W/S. Running lights are controlled by L.

If you have trouble moving the trailer, don't forget the parking brake. Be careful going around corners when towing the trailer, it is prone to fishtailing.

Along with this model are some "traffic cones" to assist you in blocking a roadway. These can be picked up and placed how you see fit.
