Design
The Renaissance tank, considered the main prototype of modern tanks, had to be constructed of wooden and metal parts. The mechanism by which the movement was carried out, consisted of wheels, gears and handles. The tank had to be moved by the muscular strength of the crew, presumably including eight people[1]. At the perimeter of the structure to be a gun. An observation tower was to be built at the top. The tank had to be so high that ladders had to be installed inside.
Application
Likely, tank was intended more for intimidation and demoralization adversary, than as serious a tool destruction[1]. Because of the bulky design and low terrain, the tank could not be used on terrain with changing terrain. Also, considering the weight of the whole machine, it could not even be moved by muscular traction. This project was clearly not feasible in the XV century
