My first intention was to make a mobilized shield with a light machine gun attached to it (rather than vehicles that one would sit in as the infamous desync issue got worse on 1.0.2 release) but it didn't succeed, although I got an idea with the experiment, so here it is; a balance scooter. Hope you enjoy it.
To drive it: Get on the board, press on your object pick up key(R by default) with facing the handlebar, step back by a small bit, elevate your view according to your speed and there you go.
To slow down/park: depress your view at a medium pace (until full stop, for parking it).
Note: Do not get the handlebar close to you and keep an eye on the handlebar as it may slowly get closer to you over time; it may collide with you and eliminate you as the game doesn't know if it should ignore hitting the driver. Watch the video if you feel lost.
UPDATE:
You must hover your crosshair on the shiny part of the rear of the handlebar to be able to pick it. Had to change its design by a bit since a patch broke this vehicle.
