UME Norma-Class Destroyer "Walter Raleigh"

Overview

The Norma-Class Destroyer is an all weather, long range, missile destroyer. Armed with 5x VLS missiles, 1x 120mm cannon, 2x 30mm dual-purpose CIWS, 2x multi-purpose rocket launchers, 10x high-speed semi-submersible torpedoes and 10x naval mines. The ship has a top speed of ~29 knots (55kmh) and a very strong radar.

Operation

• Drivers Seat *

W - Throttle K - Auto-drive Action 1 - 120mm cannon Action 2 - 30mm CIWS Action 3 - Multi-purpose rocket launchers B - Radar view

• Missile Operators Seat (Inside next to driver) *

• Find a camera with a green circle that is blocked out
• Hold right click and press E on the switch, this will activate the missile
• Once the missile has fired use your mouse and A/D to control it
• Alt Mouse Up/Down - Pitch
• Alt Mouse Left/Right - Yaw (accumulated)
• Alt A/D - Roll
• When you want to fire another missile, go into first person and make sure the pitch and yaw sticks are aligned with the red circle

• Torpedo Operator (in the middle of the ship) *

• Press the switch on the wall to open the door
• Find the camera that goes with the torpedo launcher
• Press E on the switch in the torpedo, make sure to launch the bottom torpedoes first

• Dinghy Deployment *

• Go into the hangar in the back
• Press the switch closest to the wall, wait for the panel to completely fall of
• Press the second switch to launch the boat
• The seat in the dinghy controls it
