1994 Toyota Supra Mk IV (The fast and the furious)

The car, which rolled off the assembly line in 1994, was built in California studio Shark Shop. It was this instance that retained the standard three-liter “six” 2JZ-GTE with twin turbocharging, developing about 320 hp, and a four-speed “automatic”, although for filming the box selector was disguised as a “mechanics” lever.

The Toyota Supra went under the hammer exactly as it was filmed in the movies - with a bright orange body and graphics called Gladiator, Bomex body kit, APR wing and 19-inch wheels from Racing Hart. The interior of the sports car is trimmed in black leather with blue accents and is decorated with additional instruments on the left pillar and right side of the front panel.

Along with the car, the anonymous buyer was also given a certificate confirming the authenticity of the Supra and its participation in the filming of cult films.

At the Barrett-Jackson auction, the bright orange Toyota Supra, which participated in the filming of the first two parts of Fast and the Furious, ended. The car driven on set by the late actor Paul Walker was purchased for $550,000 , the highest price in the world for this model.
