The M4 Sherman is an American medium tank, developed from the previous M3 Lee. It was made to adress the flaws of the M3 Lee, such as the 75mm main gun being relocated to one main turret, instead of being in a casemate in the hull. This is the M4A3E2 (76) W variant, made in 1944, which has a fully welded hull and redesigned turret, housing a more powerful 76mm gun, wet ammo storage, and featuring addon armor to convert it into a heavy tank, being able to withstand a Tiger 1.
