Panzerhaubitze 2000
The Panzerhaubitze (PzH) 2000, literally meaning "Armoured Howitzer 2000", is a German self-propelled howitzer equipped with a 155mm gun. After the termination of the PzH 155-1 programme, Rheinmetall and KNDS Deutschland (formerly Krauss-Maffei Wegmann) began design and development of the PZH 2000 in the 1980s, finishing in 1995. The PzH is in service with Germany, Italy, Ukraine, The Netherlands, Greece, Lithuania, Hungary, Qatar, and Croatia.
The PzH 2000s' 8 meter long, 155mm, L/52 rifled howitzer is equipped with an autoloader and contains a magazine of 60 rounds. The barrel is lined with chromium and ends with a large muzzle brake. The rate of fire is extremely high in bursts with 3 rounds in 10 seconds being possible, while sustained fire averages 10 rounds per minute. The furthest shot the PzH 2000 has fired travelled a distance of 67km (42mi).

Armor
The hull is lightly armored but will only take a few IFV shots. The turret is unarmored.
Backup sight
The backup sight features several vertical hashmarks extending from the center of the crosshair. The large hashes on the vertical arms are roughly 500m increments. The backup sight also features a rangefinder.
It is recommended to only use the backup sight if the main artillery sight fails or in case of close quarters self defense. The sight is NOT parallax corrected, and does not have an FCS.
Artillery sight
The artillery sight has a maximum altitude of 400m and shows where the shell will land. It has a maximum range of 5km.
