Anime characters mod (weeb)

Did you by chance ever feel that barotrauma was missing a little something? Dive after dive you feel a hole dig deeper into your soul - I'm missing something - a part of me is gone and my soul lay bare to the horrors of the europan depths with nothing further to look forward to. And then, you realize, if I could just be a cute anime girl fighting off mudraptors instead of THIS THING. Then maybe, I might feel a reason to continue, just maybe. You begin searching, page after page, week after week, NOTHING. Until... A glimmer of hope. WEEB? The mod pack? Could this be what I've been searching for all this time, you open the page and gulp as you look into the warm stare of that which has never betrayed you, and now beckons you further. Anime.

This was a fever dream project by me and a few friends and so it's also a jank project.

WHAT THIS MOD DOES

• Allows for the player to play as 4 different unique anime characters
• Alters proportions and animations to fit an anime art style
• OuO suits

IMPORTANT INFO BELOW

• To make this mod work you must go into Steam>steamapps>common>Barotrauma>content>characters>human and place a png in there. https://i.imgur.com/jQqAECX.png and https://i.imgur.com/CgYhmH3.png

It must be named exactly torso_female_asian.png The image of the legs needs to be placed twice but with seperate names, legs_female.png and legs_male.png

The way this mod was made was by changing outfits and base faces. So you must choose your face and the corresponding FIRST outfit. https://i.imgur.com/q7FLH4O.png This is a list of the faces. The first is the captain, security, medic, engineer, and mechanic respectively.

• If you play a campaign the ai will surely look ridiculous, that's a feature, thank you. Please post if you have problems or questions.

• Remove hats and headsets for the true anime look

WHAT WE COULD DO

• Streamline the mod so it works upon download
• Expand available outfits
• Better diving suits
• Fix campaign ai's "janky look"

KNOW GLITCHES

• Hats/headset sucks
• Certain animations "unhinge the character models"
• Sometimes the new outfits will fail to load and will revert to older/different outfits (typically captain)
