The M1 Garand

My very first mod ever. It puts the well known M1 Garand and other variants of it into the game. A quick firing one being heavily altered and modded m1 garand and a m1d garand in case you need something more accurate for the job. [Quick heads up, using an ammo clip takes 2 seconds to accomodate for the statistics of the weapon and also the reload sound.]

The garand makes for good and versatile weapon, in my version of the mod it hold up to 8 rounds in it's integral magazine which can be put 1 by 1 or quickly stocked with a 8 round clip feeding the entirety of the magazine (followed by the famous ping which was a struggle to program lmao).

The M1 variant: Fair damage, healthy dose of damage and a swift fire rate. Not the most precise weapon but in the right hands of a skilled gunner it can be deadly. It is advised to aim for the torso and only aim for the head if targets gets too close.

The modded M1 variant features a slightly improved accuracy and a significantly quicker fire rate is a tool of war to be vary of. Shorter time to kill is a welcome change however be mindful of your ammo count.

The M1D variant comes with a scope attached making a huge accuracy improvement. The extra precision can be put to use by aiming directly at the head of an enemy at medium range. The gun very rarely misses it's target even in the hands of a rookie making this weapon really cost efficient.
