[VH] The Stoick

• ** The Stoick is a medium-sized, well rounded ship presented to you by Valhalla Shipyards™. It's an all purpose ship that, with the right crew, can take on any kind of danger. ** *

Notable Features

• Thoroughly decorated ship - presenting machinery and cargo transport on the outside, and diverse types of livery on the inside;

• Assignable bunk beds, with personal space for the crew's belongings;

• Automatic anti-flood doors, hatches and ducts - Europa will have a hard time flooding this ship;

• Windows to gaze into the abyss. Automatic shutters will close in case the abyss gazes back too hard.

• Toggleable batteries, both for Main Systems and the Engine - To prevent overvolts and fires, activating the batteries shuts down the reactor. Remember to deactivate them before trying to turn it on again. Current battery charge is shown on the main navigation terminal.

• Flood-able airlocks, to safely transport artifacts;

• Anti-meltdown circuit - shuts down the reactor in the event of high temperatures for a prolonged time.

• All crafting stations - Fabricator, Deconstructor and Medical Fabricator;

• Day counter on the navigation terminal, to know how long has passed since you began your journey;

• Mess-Hall for the crew, with a terminal to inscribe the names of the fallen crewmates, and a container to store their ID cards and their personal belongings.

Weaponry

• 4 Coilguns - 2 topside, 2 side bottom. All coilguns are swappable with other weapons at outposts.

• 1 Railgun, side bottom - the Railgun holds 4 shells, but carries 6 extra shells plus a nuke, stored in the Helm;

• 2 Sonar Depth Charges;

• 2 Searchlights;

• Well supplied security armory.

• 45x12m;

• 18 km/h vertical speed;

• 38 km/h horizontal speed;

• Recomended crew of 3-5, of any skill level;

*The Stoick is a ship built mainly to take part in campaigns, but can definitely do the job for multiplayer missions too. It took a long time for me to build it, mostly because I kept adding random stuff around the place to make the ship feel more alive. Despite my inexperience in ship-building, I feel like the The Stoick is a worthwile submarine - it checks all boxes, and has enough custom circuits and details to make it interesting.

It definitely wouldn't have been possible without all the great guys in the official Barotrauma discord server, that helped me through a lot of technical problems.
