UFO Support Drone

UPDATED 13.11.2021 for "Among the Ancients" patch! The navigation terminal is removed and only a sonar for minerals is left. The drone now has auto maintain position when you don't give moving commands. It will stop and return to the last place you stopped giving it orders. Pretty neat! Also it has improved maneuverability and a top speed of 15 knots. Still be careful in tight caves :P

Small scout/support drone for carrying crates and artifacts, as well as explore dangerous caves or thalamus wrecks.

Divers love it when it's hovering around them and it gives them more loot storage capacity. Plus it engages one more crew member on board the ship and provide visual on the mission from inside the sub! Now you can know if the diver teams gets eaten!

It has the following features:

• Periscope navigation, for exploring caves.
• Auto maintain position when you don't give moving commands.
• Sonar for minerals scan.*
• Crate shelf that can be loaded with crates with loot, so divers don't need to carry.
• Artifact holder, so divers don't need to carry it by hands.
• Discharge coil with 7 second cooldown, that triggers on 2.5m motion detection range. If there is a diver in 5m radius, the discharge won't activate!
• Nothing that has to be repaired inside the drone. So don't worry about annoying shuttles that brake, but you never use!
• Glass hull, so If a monster manages to hit it, it will sink pretty fast. You fix it with a welder!

The drone is installed on my Levski Class MkX Submarine. You can test it there if you want.
