Defibrillator (Batteries)

Adds a battery-operated version of the previously introduced defibrillator.

• CPR seems too slow and unreliable?
• Most of your crewmates have no idea what to do in case somebody passes out and panic?
• Liquid Oxygenite doesn't feel that useful?

The defibrillator is a one-time use item that is used like any medical item (through the medical interface or swung at the target) and grants following status effects upon use:

• Cures Oxygen Low status of any magnitude in 2/4 seconds
• Stuns the target for a few seconds
• Causes 5/15 Internal Damage within 10 seconds

(medical level of 45 required for best effects)

Battery operation limits:

• Battery cell - 1 use
• Fulgurium battery cell - 2 uses

Base shop cost: 650 Available at: Outpost, City, Military

Medical fabricator - time 60 seconds:

• Medical lvl 55
• Plastic x1
• Copper x1
• FPGA Circuit x1
• Oscillator Component x2

Deconstructor - time 30 seconds:

• Plastic x1
• Copper x1
• FPGA Circuit x3
