This "mod" overrides the vanilla textures of the body armour and ballistic helmet.
!!IMPORTANT!!
How to install:
Install this exactly like the BetterCharacterHeads mod. Do not enable the mod in your mods selection menu as that will do nothing, instead:

Go to Barotrauma/Mods/SecurityGearOverride

Copy the Content folder
-
Go to the root directory of Barotrauma
-
Paste the folder and override the default Content folder
BACK UP YOUR CONTENT FOLDER BEFORE ATTEMPTING INSTALLATION!
To prevent the console from throwing errors on startup of the game, delete the mod from your mod folder after installation is complete.
This is a simple client texture override and hence is purely cosmetic. However, you'll be able to see the overridden texture on any server you go on (others will not be able to see them).
Update: Improved helmet and vest texture and colouration. Retextured the SMG. To get the new update, re-download the mod and install according to the steps above again.
Tip: If you don't want your headset phasing through the helmet, put it on before equipping the helmet (this is a vanilla bug/feature)
