This duct block slows flooding from above and stops flooding from below.
Steps to install the duct block:

Open your submarine with the submarine editor.

Find out the hull volume by selecting the hull (one at a time).

Set the value of the memory components respectively.

Choose a wait time. Longer wait time will work better on preventing flood but poorer on water draining. If you have no idea, just use the default value 1.5.

Set the value of delay component equals to the wait time.
The duct block behaviours the same as Flood Resist Duct Block, but easier to configure.
This mod is not intended for studying the wiring. If you want to understand the logic behind the duct block, it will be a lot clearer to look at Flood Resist Duct Block.
