This has been rendered obsolete by the last update and I plan to delete it after the next update. Furthermore, it is no longer balanced, as things have been changed by the update and balanced around the official crafting recipes.

An attempt at making the ammo of handheld weapons craftable in a balanced way.
SMG Magazine (recycle): Empty Magazine + Flash Powder + Lead + Copper + Zinc
SMG Magazine: Plastic + Flash Powder + Lead + Copper + Zinc
6 x Revolver Rounds: Flash Powder + Lead + Copper + Zinc
6 x Shotgun Shells: Flash Powder + Flash Powder + Lead + Plastic

It's by no means perfectly balanced, I tried to keep the choice between buying and crafting a meaningful one as much as possible, but I ended up prioritizing the recipes being intuitive and simple rather than use partially used components in them, or use materials that didn't make sense.
Deconstructing an SMG mag returns its components proportionally to how much it has been used. Deconstructing both revolver rounds and shotgun shells return proportional fractions of the components used, but because of game design reasons 10% of the components are lost.
