Combat Mask

A little mod to add a new piece of headgear to the game. The Combat Mask will give your Security Staff the ideal level of faceless intimidation required for keeping a crew in line on long expeditions.

The Combat Mask can be crafted from fabricators, taking a little more skill and material to construct than the standard issue security headgear. For balance, the mask also provides a reasonable increase in protection over the basic models.

However, no submarine crew can expect to stay dry for very long in these waters. When aquatic intruders need to be shown the door, switching to the standard diving mask is just inviting a hungry Mudraptor to make a meal of your face. In times like these, having a Combat Rebreather safely between your soft, delicious face and a snapping raptor beak can make all the difference!

Craftable from a combination of diving mask, combat mask and a little technical know-how, the Combat Rebreather can be worn full-time without draining the equipped oxygen tank, with some clever circuitry meaning that the rebreather only drains the tank when there is no other air available. Giving the full protection of some battle-ready headgear and the security of an always present supply of fresh air, the Combat Rebreather is a must-have for the discerning crew.

Disclaimer: The Combat Rebreather does not come with any form of low oxygen warning, so keep an eye on that tank! Nothing worse than suddenly finding yourself underwater and realising that you only have a few seconds of air left!
