Notes:

1. Auto-reactor is only configured for uranium, thinking that thorium etc would normally be saved for fissile gun ammo

2. Other fuel types can be used in an emergency, if fuel-saving-reactor logics is turned off

3. Exterior lights need to be switched on in the control room

4. Various power consuming devices can be toggled off
