Dionysus

A highly maneuverable submarine used to explore deep-sea caves with its accompanying 2 manually piloted drones. Heavily armed, it can control it's railgun through a sonar panel giving it high effective range, which can be even further extended with spotting by the drones. It has an internal yeast shroom farm to supply the large amount of ethanol required to repair the sub's drones and weakpoints, but as a result is difficult to traverse within and lacks storage space.

Features:

• 2 Small drones armed with saws: the cockpit is the ballast, so make sure to wear a suit! Useful for engaging small creatures, fetching items at the seabed, clearing caves, looting armories of wrecks, and more! Not effective against spinelings.
• Internal yeast farm: provides lighting and yeast shrooms, which can be deconstructed for ethanol. However this means damage to the inside of the sub will also cause flooding.
• Sonar controlled railgun: By pressing a switch the sub's railgun can be controlled via a nearby sonar panel, increasing its effective range by 3x. Make sure to account for gravity!
• Password protected navigation room: Password system has been removed as due to testing it causes more issues with repairs than it solves with traitors.
• Ballast Flora mode: Activates an alarm, drains the ballast, and disconnects the power to pumps when drained. Flamers can be found in the reactor cabinet or engineering cabinet.
• Reworked electrical systems to facilitate traitor gameplay

Tips:

• This sub can greatly benefit from having 2 captains.
• Activating the saws on the drones can help protect the blind spot on the lower-right. Be aware that this will drain power faster.
• The yeast farm is considered outside the sub, so loot the shrooms before they despawn from docking.
• Avoid firing the railgun straight up when stationary in an open space. What goes up must come down.
• Due to its unusual design water will be drained out slowly when flooded. Take advantage of the airlock pumps by activating Drain Mode at navigation when all leaks are fixed.
• It is recommended to close the cargo bay when burning ballast flora in ballast flora mode. This can protect volatile cargo, while also containing the fire by restricting oxygen.
• With more recent updates hull damage to the drones can damage its pilot(s), wearing a abyss diving suit can reduce laceration damage.
