Restores the old tinkering talents on Mechanic. FUN RESTORED.
The following talents have had their old tinkering effects ADDED to their current ability.

Tinkerer - You can use a wrench to tinker with devices.

Hull Fixer - You can tinker for an additional 5 seconds.

Mass production - You can tinker with the fabricator/deconstructor. Indefinitely

Let It Drain - Non-turret devices you tinker with will always function as if they had power.
The old "Overclocking" talent does not have a new counterpart and is instead added as an alternate choice in the Machinist tree. It increases the effect of tinkerer but damages the device as well as reducing the cooldown.
