The IRN Crew jobs

Adds the IRN Medical Officer job, the IRN Engineer, the IRN Rifleman, and the IRN Admiral. Made for private use but experience has shown that some people might share the same needs which is why it is made public. Do not expect the talents to be balanced for a basically vanilla campaign though. A big thanks to people on the Undertow Games discord in the modding channel for providing assistance on some stuff.

Now you can use either EuropaWaifu or Waifu in the Deep and still use most of the added gear without looking weird (convert clothing in the fabricator) (Please do not use EuropaWaifu and Waifu in the Deep at the same time, that won't work)

Chinese translation/中文翻译 Hireable Patch (can break compatibility, I recommend installing Jobtrauma instead)

Since the list of talents is now too long, I will simply give a quick summary of the intended playstyle of each job.

IRN Medical Officer: A medic more involved in expeditions thanks to its more battle focused talents

IRN Engineer: An engineer focusing on both mechanical and electrical engineering, its talents however are more focused on staying on the submarine and taking care of it, though it doesn't mean they can't take care of intruders, especially Ballast Flora.

IRN Rifleman: A Security Officer more intent on killing than arresting, they are much more efficient when manning the guns and are your best asset when dealing with Abyss creatures.

IRN Admiral: A Captain with much less raw power for themselves but with excellent supporting talents, they will bring out the best of the crew, provided the crew isn't made out of assistants and captains exclusively.
