Talent Enhancement[NT Surgery Plus]

Make the surgeon in NT Surgery Plus receive the enhancements in the Talent Enhancements [CN/EN/RU/FRN]. I'm not sure if this change will make surgeons and doctors less distinct from each other, but on the other hand it will solve the problem of not losing the powerful talents of the original doctors when only have surgeons. The adjustments are as follows: Vitality adjustment up from 105 to 110 in line with doctors and safety officers (I've never met a surgeon who wasn't strong) Modified the talent tree to support "Generic talents can unlock the next line after you learn one. All three columns of talents can be learned, and starting to learn one of the columns does not lock the other two columns of talents." Modified talent [Preventative permit] to additionally add "ally within 6m and yourself gain this effect." Added [Self-care], [No Pressure] to the base talent tree Removed [Example of Health] from the base talent tree Added [Gene Harvester] and [Genetic Genius] to the RESEARCHER talent tree (as a joke, the ship is full of surgeons and safety officers) Added [Vitamin Supplements] to the HOSPITALIZER talent tree and modified it to work on itself Added [Military doping] to the FIELD SURGEON talent tree to gain the buff for 25% longer and unlock the formula [Combat Stimulant][Endocrine Booster].
