Symbiotic Husk Extract

So you want to be able to spread husk symbiosis to new players or respawned casualties, thats understandable. Except barotrauma does not offer you the possibility to do this, which in my opinion is kind of stupid. There are already a few mods for this, but this one is not like those, let me clarify.

Transferable Symbiosis - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2954017397 This was the best mod I found for this issue, it means you cannot unlock the buff without doing the mission line, but can still spread it. Problem is, its free, which seems a bit unfair. Also, if 1 person on a crew has symbiosis, and dies, and the rest clutch the round, its gone.

Alternatively, you could try a mod with a craftable symbiosis item, but then you have the issue of being able to obtain it early. Which, for a buff effect as powerful as this one, it hardly seems fair to be able to skip paying 12 eggs, etc. etc.

So I took the best of both worlds, heres how: Upon completing the husk storyline and obtaining symbiosis, you also get a custom talent called Ascended. This talent unlocks the recipe for Symbiotic Husk Extract, which can be crafted in a medical fabricator. This costs 2 husk eggs, 1 husk gene (100%), 3 calcium, and 3 stabilizone, and once applied through the health menu, gives 50 Husk Infection. Yes, normal husk infection, heres the catch. When applied by somebody with the Ascended talent, it instead gives Symbiosis and the Ascended talent. This means that this player can then go on to craft and safely apply it to others, assuming materials are present to do so.

This way, it is possible to give people the status condition without it being free or unlockable early.
