Outfitted rooms include large science lab, surgery & medbay, 2 prison cells, cargo hull, armory, systems control room, damage control station, cabin crew quarters, camera security room, emergency power station, depth charge station, lookout room, docking bay with mini sub that seats 4 crew and more.

The Yamato's enemy radar detection and flood /fire warning system helps spot damages for defense and repair.
