Just take a stick of UEX, a wi-fi component, and some duct tape then throw it in your trusty fabricator and voila, a surgery bomb! Here are all the surgical bombs. They have the same explosion power of what you make it out of. The last one is MY explosive, explosion power is comparable to a thermonuclear warhead. 

The surgical bomb detonator. Craftable with 1 detonator and a Wi-Fi component. The red big button detonates all targets with surgical bombs. (Type !detonate [character] to detonate specific targets.)

Pliers. You can take surgical bombs out of patients who contain them. There's a video on how to perform the removal procedure. Craftable with just a single piece of iron. You'll need a medical fabricator.
