VRO is a lightweight mod that aims to increase difficultly of maintaining the submarine through adding complexity and skill expression instead of tweaking values.
The mod is based of a recipe system where each machine has a unique combination of materials that must perfected to succeed. There is an in-game guide book with the information you will need.

Serverside Lua when in MP Clientside is needed in SP
COMPATIBILITIES: Any mod that modifies wrenches, welding tool, and screwdrivers, is not compatible and VRO will have to be put above them in the load order.
Neurotrauma - Works with VRO above NT. NT Cybernetics - Not Yet (Patch is in the works) Hazardous Reactors - If HR is put above VRO then both should theoretically work. Real Sonar - Unknown Robo-Trauma - Not Yet (Patch is in the works) Mechtrauma - No, just dont.
