Community Curated Subs Continued

Note that this is a autism fueled passion project and therefor is worked on entirely on a whim. il maintain best i can but may take a while to get to things.

I've always loved the CCSP, but seeing its age become more and more apparent i took it upon myself to try fixing it.

So finally after a few months of work, i have rebalanced, tweaked, and modernized the Community Curated Sub Pack.

i've moved a lot of the subs around, given new classes, changed prices, added QoL, updated weapons, removed any EK, fixed wiring, and much more with the goal being to have a collection of submarines, that if you where to turn off all vanilla options could provide a balanced and fun progression through a campaign. (while leaning accounting for difficulty mods such as Keep you down, dynamic europa and barotraumatic.

** Please ** let me know if anything needs adjustment. il be as on top of maintaining this as i can. this is a continuing project and i will eventually get around to fully redoing wiring and (possibly probably not) adding new subs to the pack.
