Description: An expensive custom-made cargo ship, built for speed, cargo and... ducks. Features a peculiar ballast layout for quick descent capability, a decent array of outer guns (provided one pays for the hard-points) and plenty of duck iconography. Also comes with the "Deepdiver Duck" cargo scooter, which has a low-output self printing HMG, decent cargo space and self-destruct feature.

"tHe LoRE": Commissioned by a wealthy duck-obsessed merchant, the "Duck-Duck" is a unique scout-class trade submarine. The merchant was quite obsessed with the deepdiver ducks, and wanted a mercantile ship in their likeness and function. Just like the ducks themselves, this ship can sink really quickly when it needs to, and even comes with a remote cargo scooter for making deliveries to small stations that the normal submarine can't reach.

Just when the ship was nearing completion, the merchant was found dead in their private quarters in some kind of... duck related incident. This meant that the ship never got to see the oceans, the crew never got their wages, and the shipyard engineers never got paid for the project. Apparently the merchant wasn't as rich as they seemed.

The engineers tried to flip the sub into something better than the original eccentric design by increasing its armaments (and by strapping a bomb to the scooter), but still no one wanted to buy it. Now the ship just sits in the drydock as an expensive novelty, since no one can afford its expensive hull, nor do they want to be seen piloting a submarine shaped like a duck. Over time the shipyard has been trying to sell the onboard equipment to compensate for their loss, seeing as no one would ever buy a ship like this.
