Pet Charybdis

at last, the remake of this mod is finally here.

this is kinda just exactly it's name, it adds a tamed Charybdis for you to keep.

obtainment: you can buy the Pet Charybdis egg from Merchants. or alternatively, craft them with the following resources: any Mudraptor's egg, 3 Dementonite and 3 Alien Blood .

to summon the Pet Charybdis, you need to feed at least a saline into the egg, there is no limit to how many you can spawn .

keeping: it is recommended to keep the pet in the submarine as a "emergency defense", although you can also take it outside. CAREFUL, the pet will despawn if you dock while it is outside the submarine! you can grab the pet as it should follow you when it is outside the submarine, and you should be able to drag it inside the submarine (assuming airlock exists for your sub). it has a rare chance to produce another Charybdis egg when well fed and well cared.

health: despite being super small (tiger-thresher sized) it is still super durable and regenerates passively, it regenerates much quicker when eating. unlike it's abyssal counterpart, it is not stun-immune and can be stunlocked. (bleeding recovers much faster than normal to prevent it from bleeding out super fast)

feeding: you can feed it corpses by either killing something and drag the body to it or just let it run wild outside. it also accepts some other type of food:

i plan to add more to the list to make it less picky. it has large stomach making it that you can keep it unfed for longer than average pet before it starts to starve at the cost of it requiring heavy amount of food.

tactic for hunting: the Pet Charybdis by itself is less optimal for crowd control due to it's slow cooldown per attack, and are much better at single-target elimination, weaker enemies are one-shotted by the pet though.
