Activate the 'Tuco' USV's radio relay mode using the switch to the left of the communications terminal. While radio-relay mode is active, the USV's onboard radio will automatically retransmit radio messages to-and-from the communications terminal onboard the 'Ilbis' and any radios within' ~300 meters of the USV, allowing for consistent communication with the mining team at distances as far 1.5km.

While radio-relay mode is disabled, EVA crew can message the 'Ilbis' directly through use of the built-in radio console.
