Gain XP for doing your job [Lua NOT required]

Grants a talent for players to allow them to passively earn XP by performing tasks such as:

Repairing devices. Fixing leaks. Killing various types of creatures. Crafting or deconstructing items. Steering the submarine (as Captain) Healing self or teammates.

IMPORTANT: When you start a fresh campaign it may seem you are gaining levels too quickly which is intended, as this allows you to get more than 2 "general" talents per row before rushing into a specialized talent tree like people typically do in Vanilla. It is also to compensate different talent tree types like in Baroverhaul. If you want to rush into a specialized tree anyways because you REALLY need PUCS to play the game, well, it's also your choice.

I generally just hate how missions are the ONLY source of money & XP because it becomes an extreme slog of needing to constantly grind and take as many missions as possible, I can see the point in this but eventually it can bring extreme performance issues if you have multiple wrecks and ruins or even piezos in your level. This becomes even worse if you use mods that generate loot that requires constant status checks which eats away at your performance.

XP gain will slow down with each level up due to it doubling the requirement till the next level, this is how Vanilla works.
