**To experience the full content of this mod, you need to install the prerequisite "luaforbarotrauma" mod and enable C# support. **

Introduction

This mod adds a powerful Star-Seeking Ranger character—Galaxy (Yinhe)—along with her associated equipment and technology. As a well-traveled adventurer, she is confident in helping the crew complete their missions.

After loading the mod, there will be a low chance for the item Longwave Communicator to spawn in sunken ships and stores. This device is a vital piece of lost technology belonging to Galaxy. Once activated, Galaxy will retrieve and secure the device. In return, she will stay in the crew and provide assistance until your next withdrawal from the mission. (Probably...) In server mode, you can select the Star-Caller class to accelerate Galaxy’s recruitment process. This class comes with a Longwave Soul Possessor — upon use, Galaxy will directly project her consciousness to possess this character, resulting in the original character’s death.

Items

The mod provides six types of advanced materials (non-naturally occurring, requiring manual synthesis), which can be used to craft powerful weapons and protective gear.

** RTX Weapon Series**

RTX12 Luminous Stream, RTX30 Thunderfall, RTX640 Starlight RTX24 Dawn, RTX258 Sky Flash

The RTX series weapons need recipes or blueprints to unlock, and they deal unique "Entropy Catalysis" damage to enemies

** ASK Armor Series**

Basic Protective Armor ASK Advanced Alien Exploration Armor Personal Energy Shield

The ASK series armor provides full-stat defense (including damage from other mods), and the Personal Energy Shield can block projectiles from hitting.

Character

Due to her unique physical structure, Gai Lexi reacts differently to damage. She has a distinct shield system, status value calculation mechanism, and damage processing behavior. Under normal circumstances, ** all buffs and debuffs have no effect on Gai Lexi; wearing armor cannot increase her defense, and debuffs cannot restrict her actions**

Galaxy can use Star Energy to deploy a recoverable shield with an initial value of 500. The shield has an initial 50% damage reduction effect—only when the shield is depleted will her status value be consumed. Once the status value is exhausted, the character will withdraw and wait for re-summoning.

As a Star-Seeking Ranger, Galaxy has her own unique skill tree, covering buffs for herself and her allies. In addition, she has some active and passive skills that can be used.

Character's Special Skills

** If the situation escalates to a certain level, Gai Lexi will enhance her abilities, take further measures, and eventually unlock the use of the Combat Armor (ARM)**

After learning the talent Enhanced Response Measures , hold down the Left Ctrl+K keys while controlling Gai Lexi, and she will enter **Transformation State **. In this state, the character can activate a variety of combat skills.

** Transformation**

** Attack Stance**

After transformation, click the K key to enter the Attack Stance. In the Attack Stance, Gai Lexi’s normal attacks will be replaced with the Sword Technique—Stellar River Five Styles; click the K key again to exit.

** Universal Pull **

In the Attack Stance, press the J key to pull enemies in front of you into the air, then use anti-gravity to tear them apart.

X-Slash

In the Attack Stance, press the I key to activate. A check will be performed on targets in front of you, and Gai Lexi will then launch a slash—dealing excessive damage to the checked targets. She cannot be targeted during the slash.

Transcendental Guard & Stellar Spiral Drone (Single-Player Only)

In the Transformation State, press the V key to activate, and two shields will be generated to block damage.

Rescue Skill

After unlocking the corresponding talent, issue the "Medical Rescue" command to Gai Lexi. She will monitor the crew’s health status; if a crew member falls unconscious in a dangerous environment (fire, water pressure, intruders), Gai Lexi will immediately teleport to the crew member’s side regardless of risks, then teleport them to the submarine’s medical bay* (hull type) or a safe area.

Additions

** Character Personality Settings** Galaxy ’s AI behavior is better optimized for healing and combat. She has her own personality—hating damp environments, she is unenthusiastic about physical work such as patching leaks, repairing equipment, and organizing items. If forced to do such work against her will, she will be very unwilling and may even do some outrageous things, (such as deliberately stuffing welding fuel into diving suits).

** Immersive Dialogue Lines**

Galaxy has a dedicated line dictionary. Try giving her orders or triggering specific events—she will respond differently in various scenarios.

Chinese Voice Acting for Skills (Continuously Being Improved)

Gai Lexi speaks in certain scenarios and is not a silent character.

Note that by default, only one Gai Lexi character can exist at a time. Spawning multiple instances will cause severe performance issues and may even lead to game crashes. If you only want to use the mod’s items (not the character), disable Lua support.
